15 minutes preparation and cooking time
- 1 small block of Lustenberger 1862 cheese (220 grams)
- 260 g strawberries
- 1 apple
- 300 grams of apricots
- 2 kiwis
- 4 fresh figs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Wash the strawberries, cut them into small pieces and mix with the sugar. Allow to stand for about 10 minutes.
- During this time, cut the apple, apricots, figs and kiwis into bite-sized pieces. Cut the Lustenberger 1862 into cubes and add everything to the strawberries. Drizzle the lemon juice over it and done!
Tip: Depending on the season, kiwis can be replaced with fresh figs.
