15 minutes preparation and cooking time
- 4 pears
- 1 lemon
- 220 grams Lustenberger 1862
- ½ cup of natural yogurt
- Salt, pepper
- Walnuts and red grapes for decoration
- Grate the Lustenberger 1862, add the yogurt and grated zest from one half of a lemon, season and puree everything well.
- Wash the pears, cut in half, remove the cores and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Put the cheese in the pear halves, decorate with grapes and walnuts and you're done!
