15 minutes preparation and cooking time
- 12 large mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. mascarpone
- 50 ml cream
- 100 grams of Lustenberger 1862, grated
- 1-2 Tbsp. fresh herbs, such as rosemary, thyme, parsley or wild garlic.
- Rub the mushrooms without water and remove the stems to make a cavity.
- Mix Lustenberger 1862, cream and mascarpone with the herbs. Fill the mixture into the mushrooms.
- Grill for about 10 minutes and they're done!
Tip: Also wrap the mushrooms with a slice of bacon.
