Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms

15 minutes preparation and cooking time
Serves 4
Cheese: Lustenberger 1862 fruity and tangy
Gef%c3%bcllte champignons


  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. mascarpone
  • 50 ml cream
  • 100 grams of Lustenberger 1862, grated
  • 1-2 Tbsp. fresh herbs, such as rosemary, thyme, parsley or wild garlic.


  1. Rub the mushrooms without water and remove the stems to make a cavity.
  2. Mix Lustenberger 1862, cream and mascarpone with the herbs. Fill the mixture into the mushrooms.
  3. Grill for about 10 minutes and they're done!

Tip: Also wrap the mushrooms with a slice of bacon.
