30 minutes preparation and cooking time
- 440 grams Lustenberger 1862
- Some Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 5 Tbsp. Flour
- Some ghee
- Cut the Lustenberger 1862 into 4 pieces, each 110 grams.
- Cover each piece with a thin layer of flour and coat in the beat egg. Turn in the breadcrumbs and make sure it is well coated. Coat it again in the egg and again cover it with a layer of breadcrumbs.
- Fry for 5-10 minutes in lots of hot ghee in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Serve with salad.
